This position will entail the reviewing of evaluation reports, mostly chiropractic, orthopedic and neurological. Other duties will include the assignment of physicians to new IMEs, discussing reports with physicians and the nurse/adjusters at the insurance companies, and adding new physicians to the medical panel. Individual must have excellent organizational skills, have the ability to set priorities and work independently. Computer experience a must. On Site Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

We are currently seeking an On Site Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) in the Palm Beach Gardens,
FL area. Must currently hold certification as one of the following: CCM, COHN, CRRN, CDMS, or
CRC and be eligible for Florida Qualified Rehab Provider (QRP).
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation
of injured/disabled individuals involved in the medical case management process. Working as an
intermediary between carriers, attorneys, medical care providers, employers and employees, you will
closely monitor the progress of the injured worker and report results back to the employer and insurance
carrier. This will ensure appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services leading to a medically
rehabilitated individual who is ready to return to an optimal level of work and functioning.
REQUIREMENTS: Diploma, A.S. degree or B.S. degree in nursing required. 5 years clinical nursing
experience required. 3-5 years case management and/or workers’ compensation-related experience
strongly preferred. Registered nurse with current, valid state licensure required. Must currently hold
certification as one of the following: CCM, COHN, CRRN, CDMS, or CRC and be eligible for Florida
Qualified Rehab Provider (QRP). Excellent communication skills (oral/written), phone manners and
organizational skills are essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite with such programs as Word
and Excel as well as have experience with internet searches and a comfort level with other software
programs. Ability to set priorities and work independently is essential. Spanish speaking ability a plus!
